Our high street customer is committed to recreating restaurant quality food delivered straight to customers homes. Their collection of luxury meal boxes help customers host at home without the hassle of preparation.
The Challenge/Solution
After acquiring a new food production facility, we were tasked with ensuring a thorough deep clean and food safe sanitisation of our customers new premises. Our trained teams initially carried out deep cleaning to help remove any organic material such as dirt and debris. Once the deep clean was completed, we then began the process of sanitising the entire production facility. Sanitising helps reduce the number of bacteria and other microorganisms to levels considered safe for human health. On completion in key areas we carried out swab testing of surface proteins to ensure the premises were not just looking clean but tested clean.
The Outcome
Our client was very pleased with the results and the quick turnaround. They were reassured by our professional approach and opened their new site safe in the knowledge the facility was clean, compliant and ready for food production.
