Fluid has been the restaurant’s contractor of choice since 2007, cleaning all 71 of the chain’s front of house areas. Due to long opening hours the opportunity for cleaning is short, between midnight and 8am, so cleaning teams have to work throughout the night in order to keep the premises open for business, all day every day.
