The inspiration for the food and design at Côte restaurants is a modern interpretation of the many famous brasseries of Paris. Inspired by new trends, the UK high street chain is dedicated to serving authentic classic brasserie dishes with a modern twist, using high quality produce. Open early every day for breakfast, through to lunch and dinner; it is noted by restaurant critics for its dedication to service.

Fluid has been the restaurant’s contractor of choice since 2007, cleaning all 71 of the chain’s front of house areas. Due to long opening hours the opportunity for cleaning is short, between midnight and 8am, so cleaning teams have to work throughout the night in order to keep the premises open for business, all day every day. Having a response within the hour, at any time of day, through the 24 hour help desk has been found to be useful for the Brasserie’s in-house teams. Close working relationships and trustworthy operatives make regular access to premises during trading downtime an easier arrangement for in-house staff. Team working is as important as feedback from customers. Uniformed professional operatives have even sourced silent vacuums to avoid disturbing the neighbours during night cleaning on Côte’s sites.

Fluid’s continual health & safety checks and thorough risk assessments ensure that statutory obligations are always adhered to and meet the restaurant’s requirements, though data sheet cross checking. Fluid carries out audits on a regular basis for front of house cleaning, which is also checked regularly by a team Supervisor. Specialist cleaning is confirmed on completion of work so that feedback is gained, identifying any issues in advance.
