Fluid Team Members Achieve IOSH Managing Safely Certification

Congratulations to our team, Kasia, Aga W, Sandra, Edyta, Alina, Justyna, Andzelika and Angelika on achieving the IOSH Managing Safely Certification.

IOSH Managing Safely is the market-leading health and safety course for line managers. Designed to provide all managers with the confidence and enthusiasm to apply knowledge to the workplace, the course helps to improve the safety awareness culture within Fluid Hygiene.

The course is a practical, interactive programme that covers all aspects of health and safety management. It provides you with an understanding of legislation, good practice guidance on managing risks, practical examples of how to implement risk control measures, as well as guidance on how to develop a health and safety culture in your organisation.

Delivered by our Health & Safety Manager, Tom Hinchey (TechIOSH), the course helps our managers to:

– Understand their responsibilities as a manager of health and safety processes

– Develop a risk assessment culture in organisation

– Carry out an effective risk assessment

– Ensure they are complying with legislation

This is a great achievement and we are so proud of you all!
