At Fluid, our employees are key to not only the day-to-day running of our business, but to our reputation and our brand – and our employees regularly do amazing things that go above and beyond our expectations as a company.
Each year we take stock of the incredible achievements by our Nationwide team in our annual Fluid End of Year Awards, with a gala dinner Christmas party, with awards ceremony where we recognise the work throughout the year of our dedicated team.
This year saw winners from 7 categories ranging from Team Player of the Year to Rookie of the Year, with 35 nominees from our management & administrative teams.

Fluid’s staff got together and bought a gift for each of the directors, and gave a special surprise thank you to them all, and a chance to show our appreciation for the work they do, and in particular during the challenging last couple of years – we wouldn’t be able to do it without them.
