Levi Roots, the Musician and Reggae Reggae Sauce creator, thrust into the limelight with his success on Dragons Den in 2007 and by his own BBC food show ‘Caribbean Food Made Easy’, will be opening his first UK site at Westfield Stratford City.

Levi Roots Caribbean Smokehouse are aiming to ‘bring the best jerk chicken to the heart of London” with a new concept in premium casual dining.

As specialists in bar and restaurant cleaning, Fluid appreciate the ongoing demand to maintain high standards of hygiene, both in front of house and in the kitchen. We have already started to spread our Fluid Hygiene magic with an after-builders clean and are eager to show the results!
